NORTH WIND 2019 LATE HARVEST CABERNET FRANC

Harvested in the cold of winter, our 2019 Cabernet Franc has aromas of ripe, red strawberries and cherries. These flavours repeat on the palate but with an extra dimension of cranberries that highlights the wine’s fresh, cool climate acidity. This acid-driven length helps balance out the wine’s luscious residual sugar which is a hallmark of quality dessert wine.

 

NORTH WIND VIDAL ICEWINE

North Wind Vidal Icewine has a bright, golden hue in the glass, which leads to aromas of wildflower honey, candied orange peel, and lychee. You’ll find flavors of pineapple, peach, and honey on the palate. This is a benchmark example of Vidal Icewine from Canada with the hallmark voluptuous mouthfeel, coupled with high acidity to balance.

NORTH WIND 2023 LATE HARVEST RIESLING

The 2023 Riesling Select Late Harvest showcases primary aromatics rooted in tropical fruits like lychee, mango, and pineapple juice, while introducing floral complexity in the form of honeysuckle. The palate mirrors the nose, but also showcases notes of cantaloupe, honeydew melon and yellow apple. Overall, it is very well balanced, displaying Riesling’s signature crisp acidity that rounds out the wine’s sweetness and carries the flavours over a lengthy finish.
